We offer EMDR therapy for trauma informed care, and full from various modalities to find what will work best for you.

Initial Consult

This is a free 15–20 minute phone or video call where we briefly discuss what you're seeking support for, and I answer any questions you may have about therapy or my approach. It's a chance for us to see if we're a good fit before moving forward.
Initial Intake

Our first full session is focused on getting to know you—your background, experiences, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll begin exploring key areas of your life, identify current challenges, and lay the foundation for our work together.
Understanding Your Goals

Early sessions focus on defining what you want from therapy—whether that’s symptom relief, deeper self-understanding, or improving relationships. We’ll collaboratively clarify your goals so that our work is purposeful and aligned with what matters most to you.
Regular Sessions

In ongoing sessions, we explore patterns, process emotions, and introduce tools tailored to your needs. Drawing from evidence-based practices and our therapeutic relationship, you’ll begin to gain insight, unlearn harmful patterns, and take meaningful steps toward growth.

Maintenance of Growth
As you begin to feel more grounded and empowered, our focus shifts to maintaining progress, deepening self-awareness, and navigating life’s ongoing challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Therapy may become less frequent as you integrate what you've learned.
